Selective Trophy Hunting is allowed by law from 1st Feb to 30th Nov. We conserve our environment to ensure outstanding trophies for professional hunters, for hunting on our farm.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Hunting Fees for a Guide & 4X4 Hunting Vehicle:

One hunter per hunting guide per day                   N$/ZAR 900.00
Two hunters per hunting guide per day, per hunter

Transport to and from Guest farm:

From Windhoek airport to Guest farm, one vehicle max 4 persons N$/ZAR 400.
If a group of 2 or  more passengers,  each passenger will be liable for a proportionate share of the cost.

Return from farm to Windhoek airport, one vehicle- max 4 persons N$/ZAR400.
If a group of 2 or more passengers, each passenger will be liable for a proportionate share of the cost.

Hunters with own professional hunter & hunting vehicle, who are brought to the farm by such professional hunter, pay the professional hunter for the above services rendered by him.

Some hunters and their agent wish to be quoted only for the price of the individual trophy animals and in addition for a consolidated fee.

In that case the consolidated day fee, includes accommodation, meals and all the items of hunting fees and transport specified above separately.

The consolidated day fee is:
Per hunter per day, only one hunter:               N$/ZAR 1960
Per hunter per day, two or three hunters:       N$/ZAR 1470
Non hunting observers per day per observer  NS/ZAR 900

If the new luxury bungalow listed as such under "Accommodation" is made use of, the consolidated day fee will be increased as follows:

Per hunter per day - only one hunter               N$/ZAR 2100
Per hunter per day - for 2 or more hunters      N$/ZAR 1570
Non hunting observers per day per observer  N$/ZAR 1000

Other:

Reservations must be made at least 4 weeks before commencement of hunt.

A 20% deposit is required on the estimated total cost at the time of reservation and paid into to our bank account. For details see section: "Enquiries And Reservations."

Prices will be reviewed and may be increased where neccesary on 1^st October of each year, effective from 1^st February the following year.  However, a guest who has made a reservation and paid the required deposit    for the next year before 1^st October of the current year, will only be liable to pay the prices applicable when the reservation was made and the required deposit paid..
